Jim Tarbell

PRESIDENT

Jim brings years of sales and leasing experience from the technology and independent leasing world. After graduating in 1975 from Colgate University in Hamilton, NY with a BA in Economics, he immediately began a career at IBM Corporation. Jim spent 11 years with the company as he progressed from a marketing representative to a manager of special bids and large accounts. He then spent 10 years with XL/Datacomp (an IBM reseller), with a focus on equipment leasing. After XL/Datacomp, Jim founded Dynamic Funding, Inc. (DFI) in 1996 to be the captive leasing company for Dynamic Solutions International (DSI) for their data storage solutions. The company has since evolved to provide a growing number of business leasing services to a variety of verticals.

Rob Haynes

MANAGING DIRECTOR - ORIGINATIONS

Robert (Rob) Haynes has 27 years of experience in commercial leasing, corporate finance and banking. Rob is a graduate of the executive leadership program for the Downtown Denver Partnership. He is a board member for the Makenzie Foundation and a former board member of the Denver Chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth. Rob excels at building relationships with his customers due to his depth of knowledge in the finance industry. He personally engages with his clients to ensure their needs are fully met in a timely manner. Rob graduated from the University of Colorado, Boulder. He also completed the Leeds School of Business Executive Program, “50 for Colorado.”

Steve Roy

MANAGING DIRECTOR - ORIGINATIONS

Steve offers years of sales and marketing experience within the computer hardware, software, leasing and consulting industries. He has been involved in a number of vertical markets, some of which include ERP, wholesale distribution, manufacturing, supply chain, financial and the lease accounting industries. Having held various sales and marketing management positions for various sized companies over the years, he and his teams continue to provide custom solutions to end users and resellers. Many of Steve’s customers utilize leasing and alternative financing in order to acquire their IT solutions. Steve’s understanding of leasing within most major industries ensures his astute understanding of the customers’ needs so he can swiftly focus on the best solution for their business. Steve is a graduate of Denver University.

Kim Stahl

LEASING & MARKETING COORDINATOR

Kim joined the DFI team in 2018 as Lease Administrator. She brings a myriad of organizational and communication experience to her position. Kim strives to provide DFI lessees and vendors with personable, quality customer service through the leasing process. Kim earned her Bachelor of Arts from Loyola Marymount University and Master’s degree in Nonprofit Management from Regis University. Her professional background is in event planning within for-profit and non-profit sectors. She loves to spend time with her family, traveling and watching her boys play baseball.

Courtney Wagner

CONTROLLER

Courtney is a Certified Public Accountant with a Master’s degree in Taxation and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, both from the University of Colorado, Boulder. She is also an experienced QuickBooks ProAdvisor. Courtney has 12 years of public accounting experience. 10 of those years were spent at EKS&H and ACM, serving closely-held, middle-market companies and their owners in various industries. Courtney has extensive experience in the real estate, franchising and professional services industries as well as with individual taxation. Out of the office, Courtney enjoys traveling, skiing, camping and spending time with friends and family.
